How it works
1. Say what you are preparing for
Paste a job link or a job description, or just type the role. Add your resume if you want the questions built around it.
2. Get an interview plan
It builds a plan for that job, with rounds you can take one at a time and come back to later.
3. Take the round
Answer out loud, or type if you cannot use a microphone. Each round gets an interviewer with its own style, who follows up on your answers.
4. Read your report
You get a written breakdown of the round when it ends, saved so you can come back to it.
What the report tells you
- An overall score and a hire signal, from strong yes to strong no
- Scores for communication, technical depth, confidence and clarity, each with a short explanation
- What you did well, and what to improve, ranked by priority with a suggestion for each

AI practice or a real mentor?
They do different jobs, and they work well in that order.
AI practice is best for repetition
It is there whenever you want it, so it suits warming up, tightening your stories and getting used to answering aloud. It is also a low-pressure way to find your obvious gaps.
A mentor is best for judgement
Someone who has made hiring decisions can tell you how an answer would land at your target company and level, and can spot what a report cannot.

Is the AI mock interview free?
Your first two interviews are free with an account. After that, each interview uses credits, which you can buy on the pricing page.
Do I need an account?
Yes. You sign in to start, and your plans, reports and past sessions are saved so you can come back to them.
Do I have to speak, or can I type?
Speaking is closest to a real interview, but you can type your answers instead if you cannot use a microphone.
How long does an AI mock interview take?
A voice round is set to 10 minutes by default, and you can buy extra time during the session.
Which jobs does it work for?
The plan is built from the job you enter, so it is not limited to software roles. Coding and system design rounds suit technical jobs, and behavioral rounds suit almost any.
Can it replace a mock interview with a person?
Not entirely. It is good practice, but it has never hired anyone for the role you want. Use it to fix what is obvious, then book a mentor for the judgement it cannot give you.
